After completing the CiT program, members become Consultants and join real client-facing teams led by Engagement Managers and the External Team. Case Teams conduct research, analyze business problems, and deliver strategic recommendations tailored to the specific needs of each client.

Compete in a Competition
We participate in national and regional competitions when available, bringing together students with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills. Members gain hands-on experience, refine their abilities, and proudly represent BCA on a broader stage.
Join the Events Committee
Become a member and contribute to BCA by leading and organizing events that build community and networking, or help plan professional development workshops, hackathons, and other programs.

Member Application Process
Online CiT Application
Consultant-in-Training Applications opens on Oct. 13 for the Fall cohort and Dec. 30 for the Winter cohort. It evaluates your interest in consulting, relevant experiences, and how you can uniquely contribute to our community.

Behavioral & Case Interview
Selected candidates will complete a two-part interview. The behavioral portion explores your teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving experiences, while the case interview evaluates your analytical skills and approach to real-world business challenges.
